It is essential that you have previously worked in a role where PowerPoint design was your primary focus.  We need someone who can hit the ground running creating exciting and engaging presentations, especially within PowerPoint, as well as collateral for events and conferences.

You will need to have a strong graphic design background and a varied portfolio that demonstrates full working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite – in particular Photoshop and Illustrator. You will also have proven experience in creating PowerPoint templates and presentations for a variety of purposes such as financial results, sales pitches and internal communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating designed PowerPoint presentations for a variety of purposes such as; events & conferences, financial results, sales pitches and internal communications.
  • Building advanced and functional PowerPoint master templates with expert technical knowledge of fonts, compatibility, and file optimisation
  • Occasionally working onsite in client offices, or at client events (some UK and overseas travel will be required).
  • Providing training, mentoring and quality checking to Junior members of the team.
  • Organising and leading collaborative projects by clearly defining design styles, tracking project status, and collating and checking files.
  • Staying ahead of application and technology updates related to the service area, particularly regarding online presenting, and developing skill set accordingly.

 

Knowledge:
  • 7+ years design experience, of which 4 must be focussed on Presentation Design
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, or other relevant Design qualification(s).
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience creating slick, engaging presentations and functional PowerPoint templates.
  • Knowledge of other presentation tools including Keynote, & Google Slides.
  • Experience handling multiple projects at any one time, working closely and efficiently with Project Managers and other Designers.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
